Canada Address Fabric™ is a current and comprehensive list of all known addresses in Canada - over 19.9 Million addresses across all provinces. Each record is pre-geocoded to provide the most precise latitude and longitude coordinate location, including physical locations that are not deliverable by the postal service. The data is delivered in an easy to use flat file format.
Each record contains the street address, coordinate location, census information, and property details for that addressable location. Address genealogy known as parent/child relationships for primary and secondary addresses such as units, suites, and apartments are also included. Records are then assigned our unique identifier, the PreciselyID (PBKEY), that can be used for data management and exchange, or appending enriched contextual information such as demographics, psychographics, property tax, and risk factors.
Product is available in a number of GIS and database loadable formats.
This is a free sample of Canada Address Fabric™ and covers the Greater Toronto, ON area. This represents a subset of the full products geographic extent. The full commercial offering covers the entire country of Canada.

This listing uses a single pricing dimension, Product Access (Units), offered at no cost. It grants subscribers access to a sample of Canadian address data. There are no tiers, instance sizes, or usage add-ons to compare. You subscribe once to unlock access, and the sample nature means it is intended for evaluation rather than production volume. Because pricing is free, there is no scaling logic tied to usage, records processed, or seat count.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit of Product Access grant me?
One unit grants a subscriber access to the Canada address sample. It is a single access grant rather than a count of records, seats, or queries. The sample lets you evaluate Canadian address data quality before committing to a production dataset.
Does my cost change if I process more addresses or add more users?
No. This listing carries a single free access dimension with no usage metering. Cost does not rise with the number of addresses processed, records validated, or people using the access. There are no tiers or overage thresholds that could trigger a charge.
Is this sample intended for production use or evaluation?
The sample is intended for evaluation of Canadian address data, which supports standardizing, validating, and geocoding address records. Because it is a sample offered at no cost, it does not carry production-scale volume. Use it to assess data fit before moving to a full dataset.
