What the Service Delivers
TIS performs the full initial setup of the Amazon Quick (or Amazon Q Business) environment and configures all required AWS resources, including AWS IAM Identity Center. Once implemented, users can immediately begin utilizing core functionalities such as chat-based interactions, knowledge search, and application creation through a user-friendly web-based interface.

Scope of Service
This service is strictly limited to initial implementation and configuration. The following activities are not included:
- Post-deployment configuration changes or optimization
- Impact analysis or system modification support after go-live
- Execution of change requests on behalf of the customer
- Ongoing operational support or system maintenance
- Any guarantee regarding the behavior, output quality, or accuracy of responses generated by Amazon Quick (or Amazon Q Business)

The behavior and output of generative AI are dependent on underlying models and data sources. As such, TIS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated responses. Additionally, due to ongoing updates from AWS services, the actual user interface or functionality may differ from documentation at the time of delivery.
