Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each plan bundles a set number of named users plus one admin seat. A user is a person with console access, such as a control owner, risk manager, compliance lead, or auditor. Role-based access assigns each user only what their role needs. The admin manages the account separately from the counted users.
Each plan caps users at its stated number plus one admin. To add more assessors, you move to a plan that covers a larger user count. The change is not automatic. Basic covers 10 users, Standard covers 25, and Premium covers 50, each with one admin.
User count is the only variable across the three plans. Cost scales with how many assessors need access. You are not billed by data volume, number of assessments, or evidence exported. Pick the plan that matches your assessor headcount plus the single included admin seat.
