Overview
Neuraplant is an industrial digitalization solution built on AWS, designed to bridge the gap between OT (Operational Technology) and IT (Information Technology) environments. It enables industrial companies to securely capture real-time data from shop-floor systems such as PLCs, SCADAs, sensors, and historians, and integrate it with enterprise applications like ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
At the core of Neuraplant is an Edge component deployed locally (on a physical or virtual server) that connects to industrial assets via standard protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT). The edge layer preprocesses and secures the data, ensuring proper OT/IT network segmentation before streaming it to the AWS Cloud. Once in AWS, data is ingested, transformed, and stored using services such as AWS IoT Core, AWS Greengrass, Amazon S3, AWS Glue, and Amazon RDS, and can be visualized through Amazon QuickSight or exposed via APIs for enterprise consumption.
