How It Works

The Scale Factory team will run a discovery workshop with your business, security, and technology stakeholders to understand your business, your workload, how your team works, and your security & compliance landscapes. From that workshop they’ll design an appropriate multi-account AWS deployment tailored to your business and governance requirements.

In a Scale Factory led deployment, Scale Factory engineers will deliver the solution for you, then demo this new setup for your operations team, and hand it over for you to run, with a full set of documentation.

If you prefer to have your own team deliver the solution (a customer led deployment), you'll receive the design and documentation to work from to get to the finished product.

In each case, you’ll have access to The Scale Factory team for support for a minimum of 3 months following deployment.
