Mydbops takes the risk out of database version upgrades with a structured, fully planned approach for MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MariaDB, and TiDB across Amazon RDS, Amazon Aurora, EC2-hosted instances, and on-premises environments. Our engineers begin with a comprehensive compatibility assessment - reviewing schema structures, stored procedures, application queries, deprecated features, and configuration parameters that behave differently in the target version. Every potential breakage point is identified before a single change is made in production. A detailed upgrade runbook is then prepared covering pre-upgrade steps, upgrade sequence, validation checkpoints, and a tested rollback procedure.
