Overview
Maintaining a reliable cloud environment requires consistent visibility, system administration, patch management, backup processes, and incident response. Managing these responsibilities across disconnected tools can add unnecessary complexity to daily IT operations. Basker IT Operations Server provides a centralized operational platform designed to help IT teams monitor, manage, and maintain their infrastructure from a unified workspace. The solution can be deployed on Amazon EC2 and connected to the resources your organization manages. It supports infrastructure monitoring, secure administration, patch management, backup processes, and operational notifications to help teams maintain system health and respond to issues efficiently. Basker is designed around the practical needs of modern IT operations teams, helping organizations identify infrastructure issues, maintain properly configured and patched systems, support reliable backups, and coordinate incident response. The platform provides a centralized management layer suitable for internal IT teams, infrastructure engineers, managed service providers, and organizations managing multiple workloads. Basker can also support organizations transitioning from traditional or hybrid infrastructure to cloud-based operations, allowing established IT processes to be adapted to modern monitoring, administration, backup, and incident-management workflows. Delivered as a Marketplace server product, Basker IT Operations Server can be deployed within the customer's environment, providing greater control over operational processes, infrastructure, and data.
