What to Expect

Our MAP Assess Phase follows a structured approach aligned with AWS best practices and the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF):

• Discovery and Stakeholder Alignment – We engage your business and technical teams to understand your current IT landscape, application portfolio, dependencies and desired business outcomes.
• Infrastructure and Workload Analysis – Using AWS-approved tooling such as AWS Migration Evaluator, we collect and analyze data on your existing on-premises or cloud environment, including compute, storage, networking and licensing.
• Migration Strategy and Readiness – We evaluate your workloads against the seven Rs (rehost, re-platform, repurchase, refactor, relocate, retain, retire) and assess readiness across application compatibility, security and operational dimensions.
• Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Analysis – We develop a detailed cost comparison between your current environment and a future AWS state, identifying potential cost savings and right-sizing opportunities.
• Security and Compliance Review – We review your security and compliance posture and identify the appropriate AWS Landing Zone architecture aligned to the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Business Case and Roadmap – We consolidate all findings into a comprehensive migration business case, including a prioritized migration roadmap, recommended AWS services, risk considerations and a proposed timeline.
