Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy access to a BigBear.ai hosted ProModel® Warehouse instance under a contract. Pricing is based on named users, meaning each license is assigned to a specific person. Two options are available: one covers 5 named users and one covers 10 named users. The options are not feature tiers; they differ only in how many named users can access the hosted instance. Choose the option that matches your team size, since both provide the same hosted ProModel® instance.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one named user for billing purposes?
A named user is a specific person assigned to a license. Each license ties to one individual who can access the hosted ProModel® Warehouse instance. Named users are not shared or pooled, so you count the actual people who need access, not concurrent logins.
If my team grows past my licensed user count, how does cost change?
The 5-user and 10-user options set how many named users can access the hosted instance. If your team outgrows your chosen count, you move to the option that covers more named users. The change is not automatic; you select the option matching your team size.
What does the hosted instance include beyond user access?
Both options give access to a BigBear.ai hosted ProModel® instance. ProModel® is discrete-event simulation software used to model and analyze processes like warehousing and logistics. Hosting means BigBear.ai runs the instance for you, so the difference between options is only the named-user count.
