Deloitte’s HHS NextGen Common Noticing Solution helps address these needs through a cloud-based service that adapts and scales.
HHS NextGen Common Noticing Solution offers on-demand notice generation, desktop and browser-based design tools, multi-channel delivery options, multi-lingual support, and integrated reporting and analytics. Built with AWS services such as RDS, EC2, and S3, it provides over 160 pre-loaded templates for a variety of public benefit programs and incorporates national best practices to improve readability and accessibility.
The solution’s tiered architecture supports technical flexibility and promotes compliance with security programs such as FedRAMP.
