Once deployed, HelpMate.AI runs as a set of serverless components within the customer’s AWS account, with all data, logs, and credentials under your control. The platform automates routine IT tasks — password resets, account unlocks, access provisioning, device diagnostics, and ticket classification — across systems like ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Zoho Desk, Jira Service Management, Okta, Azure AD, Intune, and AWS Systems Manager.
