FaultRay - Zero-Risk Chaos Engineering Simulator

     Info
    Deployed on AWS
FaultRay simulates 2,000+ infrastructure failure scenarios entirely in memory - zero production risk. It builds a dependency graph from Terraform, YAML, or Prometheus, runs cascade analysis, computes your mathematical availability ceiling, and models AI agent failure modes. US Patent Pending.

    Overview

    Open image

FaultRay is a zero-risk chaos engineering platform that evaluates infrastructure resilience without touching production systems. Built for financial institutions under DORA (EU Digital Operational Resilience Act), it maps to all 5 pillars and 52 controls, generating audit-ready evidence packages.

    Key Features:

    • 5-Layer Availability Model: Mathematical proof of your SLA ceiling
    • 2,000+ failure scenarios simulated in seconds
    • Cascade failure analysis with graph-based propagation modeling
    • SPOF (Single Point of Failure) automatic detection
    • DORA compliance suite with evidence package generation
    • AI Agent failure modeling (7 failure types)
    • Terraform CI/CD integration as a resilience gate
    • Multi-framework compliance: SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR
    • 100+ CLI commands

No agents to install. No infrastructure access needed. Just math.

US Patent Pending (Application No. 64/010,200) Peer-reviewed paper: DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19139911

    Highlights

    • Simulate 2,000+ failure scenarios in memory with zero production risk. No agents to install, no infrastructure access needed. Just math.
    • Terraform CI/CD integration: automatically score resilience before and after infrastructure changes. Block risky deploys with one CLI command.
    • First tool to model AI agent failure modes (hallucination, context overflow, agent loops) as functions of infrastructure health state.

    Container image

Containers are lightweight, portable execution environments that wrap server application software in a filesystem that includes everything it needs to run. Container applications run on supported container runtimes and orchestration services, such as Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). Both eliminate the need for you to install and operate your own container orchestration software by managing and scheduling containers on a scalable cluster of virtual machines.
