The six tiers form a graduated usage scale: under 25,000 transactions, 25,000 to 100,000, 100,000 to 300,000, 300,000 to 1,000,000, 1,000,000 to 5,000,000, and above 5,000,000. Your monthly transaction count places you in the matching tier. As your volume grows, you move into a higher tier band. There are no separate product editions or feature-based add-ons; pricing depends only on how many transactions you run.

Vendor refund policy
This product does not offer a refund. In the event that the Customer finds a discrepancy between the data recording carried out by VIDA and the data recording carried out by the Customer, the Customer is entitled to send a report on the data deemed inappropriate to VIDAs dispute team dispute@vida.id within 5 business days of invoice date and the adjustment of the reconciliation results is valid if there is an agreement between the Parties.
