Overview
West Loop Strategy is a Chicago-based AWS Advanced Tier Partner founded in 2019, with a 100 percent onshore team serving startups through the Fortune 500. One of the first 10 Amazon QuickSight partners (since 2020) and an early Beta Partner for Amazon Quick, West Loop Strategy has delivered more than 100 implementations across SaaS, sports media, retail and the public sector. In 2025, West Loop Strategy signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement with AWS to accelerate generative BI with Amazon Quick and migrations to AWS-native analytics.
West Loop Strategy helps organizations migrate from Domo to Amazon Quick, a serverless and embeddable business intelligence service built for the cloud. Our accelerator consulting packages reduce migration complexity and help you move from expensive Domo licensing to a modern, scalable analytics platform inside your own AWS account. This engagement is for organizations running Domo that want to reduce BI licensing cost, gain cloud-native scalability, and embed analytics into internal or external applications.
The engagement runs in four phases, with the timeline scoped during discovery based on the size and complexity of your Domo environment. West Loop Strategy inventories your Domo cards, dashboards, datasets, and dataflows and defines migration scope and success criteria, then rebuilds your dashboards in Amazon Quick with visual fidelity, converts datasets and data preparation logic, and configures SPICE for performance. West Loop Strategy validates the migrated reports against your Domo originals through user acceptance testing, then delivers hands-on training, reusable templates, and knowledge transfer so your team can maintain and extend the environment.
Prerequisites include access to your existing Domo environment, an active AWS account with Amazon Quick Enterprise edition enabled, and a designated technical point of contact. The engagement covers asset inventory, dashboard and report rebuilds, dataset conversion, SPICE configuration, embedding where applicable, training, and knowledge transfer. Data engineering or ETL construction from scratch, custom Domo app or Brick rewrites, ongoing managed services beyond the support window, and unrelated third-party integrations can be scoped as a follow-on engagement.

Highlights
- West Loop Strategy holds more AWS Service Delivery designations than any other Advanced Tier partner, including a designation for Amazon Quick, so your migration is handled by a team with AWS-validated cloud analytics expertise rather than generalist consultants.
- Accelerator consulting packages handle Domo cards, dashboards, datasets, and dataflows systematically, covering rebuilds, dataset conversion, SPICE configuration, and embedding so you reach production faster and with less risk.
- Choose a fully managed migration where West Loop Strategy executes end-to-end, or an advisory model where the team guides your internal staff, both including assessment, validation, and hands-on Amazon Quick training.
