Vendor refund policy
parties shall settle by actual service period. If Reseller unilaterally terminates prior to half the agreed term, all paid fees shall be non-refundable. If proposed termination is after half the period, settlement shall follow fulfilled time (any period under one month counts as one month), and NaaS shall refund collected but unincurred fees to Reseller.
