ZS has created an accelerated custom, streamlined end-to-end framework process to assess your current data strategy and maturity for Data Strategy. You will get access to ZS Data Maturity NavigatorCompass™ that allows you to assess your organization’s data capability maturity and generates a transformation roadmap at minimum cost and maximum speed and granularity. The outcomes include a quantitative and qualitative baseline of your maturity across foundational data management capabilities such as data governance, data architecture, data quality, and >10 more core capability areas. It will also show how you score relative to a relevant set of peer organizations. This is achieved using AWS services like AWS Glue, AWS redshift.

Our data strategy leaders will conduct half day data strategy session with your key business stakeholders to review results from the Data Maturity Navigator assessment and will share industry insights and key action plan specific to your organization.

Specific Milestones:

Week 0 – We send the surveys Week 1 -– Initial maturity results and proposed roadmap Week 2 – Half -day session with your IT and Business stakeholders.
