Templefield AI Proof of Concept & MVP Delivery

The Templefield AI Proof of Concept & MVP Delivery service is designed for organizations that have identified a high-priority AI use case and need expert implementation to validate it quickly and rigorously on AWS. Engagements are milestone-based with scope fixed upfront — not time-and-material — and deliver a working, tested AI solution evaluated against defined business KPIs, not a demo.

The PoC (up to 4 weeks) follows three phases: a joint scoping session to define the use case scope, KPIs, and data requirements; a sprint-based development phase producing a working AI solution; and an evaluation and handover phase where all deliverables — KPI evaluation report, architecture documentation, code repository, and scaling roadmap — are shared with the client ahead of a joint handover session. The MVP (up to 8 weeks) runs the same three phases but inserts an additional 4-week refinement phase covering scope extension, pipeline hardening, and deeper system integration, culminating in the same structured handover.

Both tracks accept two required participants from the client side: a business owner responsible for KPI definition and milestone sign-off, and a technical representative responsible for data access and infrastructure alignment. Typical use cases include predictive analytics and demand forecasting, NLP applications, computer vision pipelines, recommendation systems, and LLM-powered workflows — built on AWS services including Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, and AWS Glue. Every solution is architected with production readiness in mind from the first sprint, minimizing rework in the subsequent Productionization & MLOps Engineering engagement.
