Presidio engages in the Disaster Recovery POC with a customer in order to help prove out a number of the particulars that must be addressed when protecting on-premises workloads from ransomware, natural disasters, technology outages, and human error via AWS. The installation of an agent, replication of data, failover, and failback of a select workload using Cloud Endure Disaster recovery is all driven by Presidio in this engagement. Throughout the engagement, Presidio educates the customer on each step taken, why the step is necessary, and how the customer will work the step into existing processes and tools.
