HypernovaMesh – Unified Data Mesh Hub for Enterprise Data Platforms

     Info
HypernovaMesh is a unified data mesh technology artifact that connects siloed enterprise data into domain-intelligent, event-driven, and policy-controlled pipelines with built-in lineage, data contracts, and rapid self-service access on Snowflake and Databricks. Features include a unified metadata catalog with business glossary, policy-based RBAC/ABAC for self-service access, producer-consumer data contracts with SLA enforcement, end-to-end lineage, event-driven cross-domain sharing, AI-powered semantic search and auto-tagging, interactive architecture visualization, and an AI assistant. Eliminates IT ticketing bottlenecks, enables zero-copy sharing to reduce redundant storage and ETL. Deployed on AWS with Amazon EKS, Amazon S3, and integration with Snowflake and Databricks on AWS

    Overview

Overview: HypernovaMesh is an intelligent data mesh technology artifact designed to transform siloed enterprise data into connected domain intelligence. Critical data assets are typically fragmented across Operations, Finance, Risk, and other business domains — each with its own pipelines, standards, and access controls. This creates trust deficits (unknown lineage, freshness issues), compliance risks (inconsistent audit trails), and operational drag (slow, ticket-driven access). HypernovaMesh addresses this by establishing domain-oriented ownership with enterprise-grade unity — enabling each domain to own, publish, and govern its data products while consumers access them through self-service portals with automated policy enforcement. Part of the Coforge Data CosmosTM which is our Innovation Backbone combining platforms, agentic accelerators, and services to enable end-to-end data engineering, BI, governance, and analytics

    Core Capabilities:

Decentralized Data Mesh Architecture – Domain-driven data ownership with federated governance enabling scalable, autonomous data product teams Unified Semantic & Data Product Layer – Standardized, reusable data products with consistent semantics across BI, AI, and operational use cases Agentic Data Engineering Automation – AI-driven pipelines for ingestion, transformation, quality, and orchestration with minimal manual effort Real-time & Batch Data Integration – Seamless handling of streaming (Kafka/Event Hub) and batch workloads to support near real-time decisioning Built-in Governance & Observability – End-to-end lineage, data quality controls, policy enforcement, and monitoring embedded into the mesh framework

Industry Applications • Banking & Financial Services — Domain-driven data mesh connecting retail banking, corporate banking, risk, and compliance domains. Each domain publishes data products with data contracts. Self-service access eliminates 3–5 day IT ticketing. End-to-end lineage provides BCBS 239 audit trails. Event-driven sharing enables real-time risk exposure updates. • Insurance — Unified claims, underwriting, and actuarial domains with producer-consumer contracts and automated lineage for Solvency II and IFRS 17. Event-driven sharing enables real-time fraud detection across claims and underwriting. • Travel & Hospitality — Connects booking, loyalty, revenue management, and operations domains. Data contracts ensure booking data freshness (<15 min latency). During disruptions, event-driven sharing enables real-time rebooking intelligence. • Healthcare & Life Sciences — Patient, clinical, claims, and research domains with HIPAA-compliant governance. Researchers access de-identified data through self-service portals with automated ABAC policies. Data contracts define freshness for clinical decision support.

    1. Cloud-Native Deployment on AWS Deployed on Amazon EKS with Amazon S3 as the data lake foundation. Integrates with Snowflake on AWS and Databricks on AWS for analytics. AWS Glue for pipeline orchestration. Amazon Bedrock for AI-powered discovery and assistant capabilities.

Business Benefits: • Incident awareness reduced from hours to minutes through event-driven sharing • Self-service data access in minutes instead of 3–5 day IT ticketing cycles • Zero-copy sharing eliminates redundant storage and ETL — reducing infrastructure costs • Centralized governance aligned with GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS • Domain teams retain ownership while enterprise maintains unified standards
