The intuitive Software as a Service for improving cybersecurity on the shop floor. Match vulnerabilities to OT assets, prioritize them, engage in mitigation measures, and detect attacks on the OT network. SINEC Security Guard gives industrial operators and automation experts the key to performing the right measures for vulnerability management.
SINEC Security Guard is an intuitive cloud-based software for improving cybersecurity on the shop floor. Match vulnerabilities to OT assets, prioritize them and engage in mitigation measures. This Software as a Service offering gives industrial operators and automation experts the key to performing the right measures for vulnerability mapping, attack detection and security management.
Vulnerability Management of OT devices:
New security vulnerabilities are discovered every day, and hackers are developing ways to exploit them. SINEC Security Guard helps you keep an eye on the visibility of threats to your OT network and mitigate them accordingly. Industrial operators and automation experts without dedicated cybersecurity know-how have the key to perform the right measures for vulnerability management.
Threat and Attack Detection:
The need to secure factories due to increased cyber threats and governmental regulations for industries is growing. Attacks often stay undetected for weeks and months. So continuous monitoring of network traffic is required by the SINEC Security Guard Sensor, which is connected to a network tap or mirror port of a network switch. The network traffic is analyzed regarding security-relevant signature patterns such as security threats or malformed packets. Security events are visualized within SINEC Security Guard, available as Software as a Service.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing uses a single custom-quote dimension billed on a one-year contract. You request a quote and pricing starts at the stated figure. The software is a subscription service, so your price depends on how many assets you onboard. You buy asset packages, and your subscription lets you onboard as many assets as you purchase. Larger asset counts mean more capacity under the same contract structure. Because pricing is quote-based, the vendor confirms your final cost based on your asset volume and configuration needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one asset for the asset packages that set my subscription capacity?
An asset is an individual OT device in your plant inventory, such as a programmable controller or network device. This includes both Siemens devices and devices from other vendors. Your subscription lets you onboard as many assets as you purchased through asset packages.
How do I get my asset inventory into the software so it can be counted?
You can import assets using an existing CSV file through a public interface. You can also record assets automatically through an optional add-on scan solution that runs on site and connects to the cloud. Only assets in your inventory are matched against known vulnerabilities.
Is this a hosted service or something I install on my own servers?
SINEC Security Guard is a cloud-based Software as a Service offering. You access it as a hosted service rather than installing it on your own hardware. The optional on-site scan add-on requires an internet connection to reach the cloud service.
