Okta Tech Advisory Services help quickly address IAM needs through lightweight and cost-efficient working sessions. These sessions can be purchased by customers who anticipate needing assistance but do not require the additional project management guidance provided in SOW-based or outcome-driven projects.

Deployment support ‘Project-like’ deployment support for new or existing customers over 6-18 working sessions. These sessions are scheduled with a dedicated expert to ensure consistency and supplemented with additional specialist support as needed. This offering is ideal for customers aiming to “go live” with a flexible and lightweight project.

Technical assistance This offering is tailored for existing customers who have already gone “live” and may need advice on issue resolution or ad-hoc specialist support from subject matter experts, all without the overhead of a larger project.
