Overview
Oehmen Digital Studio builds production render farms on AWS Deadline Cloud for VFX, animation and archviz studios.
The engagement starts with your actual render profile. We look at your DCCs and renderers, your current farm, your frame times and your deadlines, then design a fleet layout and a cost model before anything gets deployed. You see the per-frame and per-shot numbers up front, so you can budget before the first frame renders.
Implementation covers Deadline Cloud queues and fleets, worker images with your renderers and plugins, job submission from your DCCs, storage and sync between your site and AWS, and a Spot configuration tuned to how your studio actually works. Where you run a pipeline such as AYON, we connect submission and publishing so artists keep the workflow they already know.
You get a documented setup and a handover session, so your TDs run the farm without us in the loop. We stay available for support, and we say clearly when a request belongs outside the deployed scope.
If a hybrid burst or cloud only model fits your studio better, we tell you and explain why.
Typical fit: VFX, animation and archviz studios between 5 and 500 artists. We work with Pipeline TDs, Heads of Technology, CTOs and studio founders. Every engagement is scoped and priced per studio through a private offer.
Highlights
- Deadline Cloud farm configured for your renderers, your DCCs and your pipeline
- Fleet sizing, Spot strategy and a per-frame cost model delivered before deployment
