Starfish Migration Solution accelerates the process of migrating agent communication resources from legacy Avaya, Cisco and Genesys systems to Amazon Connect while mapping the appropriate routing profile on Connect.

The system can migrate approximately one agent per second, up to 5,000 agents at a time.

The solution uses the workflow engine in the Starfish automation platform, making it easy to extract resources from the legacy system and then quickly and accurately configure them on Amazon Connect. Starfish Migration Solution also securely disables and de-provisions the necessary resources on the legacy source system. Meanwhile, the solution automatically logs all transactions to provide a complete audit trail.

The result is a faster, easier, more accurate migration process that can be completed all at once or over time, on any schedule.
