Wizeline Marketing Agent Orchestration for Financial Services

     Info
    Sold by: Wizeline
More marketing output at a fraction of the operating cost. Wizeline builds and runs governed AI agents across the financial services content pipeline: fund fact sheets, commentary, client reports, and marketing PDFs drafted, checked against SEC and FINRA marketing rules, remediated for accessibility, and routed for human approval from one source of truth. Built by the team already running marketing operations for a leading global asset manager and delivered as a managed service in your AWS environment using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.

    Overview

Marketing operations cost in asset management is driven by three things: cycle time, rework, and review queues. Fund fact sheets, commentary, and client reports are still re-keyed by hand from source tables, queued behind disclosure review, and published without an audit trail. Accessibility checkers pass files that remain inaccessible.

Wizeline Marketing Orchestration Agents compress all three. Governed AI agents draft, check, and route regulated content from one source of truth, and the capacity they free funds the change. Agents run continuously while marketers, compliance reviewers, and brand owners approve at defined gates. Human authorization at every gate is a design rule, not a feature.

Proven in production: Tested in a live asset manager pilot, delivering 30-50% faster structured content updates and 40-60% faster ADA audit and remediation.

    The Operating Model

    • Leaders direct: Marketing and senior leadership set priorities through conversational intake, shared context, routing, and decision rights.
    • Agents orchestrate: A Master Marketing Orchestrator routes work to functional orchestrators for Content Operations, Campaigns, Sales Enablement, CX and Digital, Product Marketing, and Divisions and Regions.
    • Agents execute: Governed task agents carry out the work inside each function.
    • Experts approve: Human reviewers approve, validate, and give feedback at every gate.
    • The harness holds it together: A shared financial services marketing context (fund and product data, SEC/FINRA rules, brand and tone, approvals and audit trail, operational know-how) that every agent reads from and writes to.

    The Agents

    • Document Update Agent (proven): Turns a routine data refresh into one governed request, finds what changed in source data, and proposes the update. Human review gates every change.
    • ADA Remediation Agent (proven): Audits marketing PDFs end to end against PDF/UA and the Matterhorn Protocol, beyond a checker pass, and auto-fixes font, encoding, and alt-text errors. Human review gates what remains.
    • Content Assembly Agent: Builds fund launch, commentary, and client report materials from approved components.
    • Compliance and Brand Agent: Pre-checks materials against SEC and FINRA marketing rules and brand standards, flagging unsupported claims and missing disclosures before review.
    • Indexing Agent: Catalogs approved content and disclosures so every channel draws from the current version.
    • Tagging and Naming Agent: Applies metadata, taxonomy, and naming standards across DAM assets.
    • Review and Feedback Agent: Consolidates reviewer comments and routes revisions so review runs in parallel.
    • Workflow Insights Agent: Reports cycle time, rework, and bottlenecks against the baseline.

    Compliance Coverage

    • Marketing communications: SEC Marketing Rule 206(4)-1, FINRA Rule 2210
    • Recordkeeping and audit: SEC Rule 17a-4, FINRA Rule 4511
    • Accessibility: ADA Title III, Section 508, WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, PDF/UA (ISO 14289), Matterhorn Protocol
    • Brand and disclosure: Client brand, tone, and required disclosure standards enforced at the context layer

    Engagement Structure

Phase 1 - Assess (4 weeks): Map one core content workflow end to end, baseline volume, cost, cycle time, and error rates, and score candidates on readiness and impact. Output: business case and pilot plan.

Phase 2 - Build (pilot to production): A lean, AI-native Wizeline Builder Pod of about five designs agents into the workflow with approval gates and connects them to your stack. Output: a governed workflow in production.

Phase 3 - Run (ongoing): Managed agentic practice covering agent tuning against KPIs, governance monitoring, team enablement, and ROI reporting. Output: continuously improving agents.

    Who It Is For

    • Marketing and Content Ops Heads: Own the workflow, baseline, and capacity gains.
    • CMOs and Marketing Leaders: Direct priorities and redeploy freed capacity to growth.
    • Compliance, Legal, and Brand Owners: Define rules and approval gates once, at the context layer.
    • CIO, MarTech, and AI Platform Leads: Govern architecture, data access, and integration.

    Prerequisites

    • A named sponsor who owns the content workflow and its cost
    • One high-volume, rules-heavy candidate workflow (e.g., fund fact sheets, commentary updates, PDF accessibility)
    • Access to source data, templates, and current approval workflows
    • Compliance and brand reviewers available to set rules and gates
    • An AWS account with Amazon Bedrock access

    Out of Scope

    • Final regulatory sign-off (remains with the client's compliance function)
    • Legal advice or regulatory interpretation
    • Third-party software license procurement (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Workfront)
    • Replacement of existing systems of record
    • Organizational redesign beyond agreed enablement and role transition support

    Highlights

    • Faster content cycles, proven in production. Governed agents remove manual re-keying and run compliance review in parallel, not in a queue. Tested in a live asset manager pilot: 30-50% faster structured content updates and 40-60% faster ADA audit and remediation.
    • Compliance built in, not bolted on. Brand, disclosure, and SEC/FINRA marketing rules are enforced once at a shared context layer. Every agent action carries an audit trail, and human experts approve at every gate.
    • We build it. We run it. A managed service sized to the capacity agents free up, not a license you are left to run. Agents run in your AWS environment and connect to your existing CRM, DAM, and work management stack.
