Workstream 1: Discovery and Analysis

• Understand the client’s CI/CD and IaC challenges, objectives, and pain points
• Use an extensive questionnaire to collect detailed information about the client’s current DevOps standards, procedures, and tooling, as well as define requirements and future state
• Analyze gathered data to identify how Spacelift can solve for current DevOps inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
• Validate findings and deliver a recommendations readout to receive buy-in on the solution design

Workstream 2: Solution Design

• Create a DevOps Detailed Design that outlines the client’s enterprise DevOps standards, procedures, tooling, and key Spacelift configurations
• Artisan will leverage a proven, prebuilt data schema that defines Spacelift configurations as code to preload an IaC template
• Develop actionable steps with defined roles and responsibilities with timelines

Workstream 3: Execute Onboarding Engine

• Utilize Artisan’s prebuilt data schema that defines Spacelift configurations as code
• Convert the data object to JSON, and ingest into a Spacelift-provider Terraform/OpenTofu template
• The OpenTofu template will be executed to onboard the client to Spacelift; future teams can leverage the same onboarding engine for setup
