Dimensions summary
You pay based on three separate usage measures, billed annually. The first tracks how many slides you upload each year. The second counts how many algorithm analyses you run each year. The third charges for cloud storage, measured in gigabytes per day, using AWS S3 hot storage for instant retrieval. Each dimension is metered independently, so your total cost reflects your actual upload volume, analysis activity, and storage footprint. There are no tiers or fixed plans. Costs scale up or down with how much you use each measure.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One slide upload is a single whole slide image loaded into the platform. One analysis run is a single algorithm executed on your images. The platform embeds AI algorithms for tasks like quality control, case prioritization, and biomarker quantification. Each algorithm you run counts as one analysis toward your annual total.
Storage is metered separately in gigabytes per day using AWS S3 hot storage for instant retrieval. Your storage cost reflects the data footprint you keep, not how many slides you upload or algorithms you run. If your stored data shrinks, your daily storage charge drops accordingly, independent of upload or analysis activity.
All three bill independently and appear together. Upload charges rise with slide volume. Analysis charges rise with how many algorithms you run. Storage charges accrue daily based on retained data. Labs processing high slide volumes and running many algorithms see those measures dominate. Long-term data retention pushes storage costs higher.
