Securing Contact Centers, enhancing caller experience. Smartnumbers passively detects fraud in real-time, harnessing the power of AI and a consortium of anti-fraud specialists.
Balance Contact Center security and customer experience. Smartnumbers AI-powered risk engine analyzes every incoming call to provide agents and self-service interactive voice response (IVR) systems with a real-time decision on the risk of a caller. Agents can focus on delivering service rather than tedious knowledge-based authentication (KBA) processes and reduce the risk of being socially engineered. As a result, improving customer journey, customer satisfaction and agent welfare.
Smartnumbers ML models are trained on 100s of millions of calls to determine the real-time risk of incoming calls by analyzing:
Call signaling
Using call metadata to identify fraudsters hiding or spoofing their number, determine malicious signaling patterns, and detects unusual call paths through the network
Caller behavior
Analysing a callers full behavioral history to identify and highlight behavior consistent with a variety of fraud patterns, including IVR reconnaissance, APP fraud and money mules
Consortium
Real-time protection from confirmed fraudsters who have targeted other Contact Centers
Highlights

Protect against confirmed fraudsters identified by consortium members
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract combines several independent components you assemble based on your needs. The core Smartnumbers Protect Service charges per call for fraud detection and caller authentication, with a minimum commitment of 1 million calls per year. A one-time Setup component covers provisioning, testing, and training. Analytics Support adds annual access to the support team and deeper data analysis. Professional Services Days cover bespoke work, priced per day. Other Subscription Services are priced on application (POA) for added support options. You pay only for the components you select; the call service scales with your committed volume.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one call for the per-call fraud detection and authentication charge?
Each inbound call analysed by the risk engine counts as one call. When a call arrives, its signalling data is sent to the Smartnumbers API, which returns a risk score. That single analysis is one billable call. You commit to a minimum of 1 million calls per year.
What happens if my call volume goes above the committed amount I selected?
The Smartnumbers Protect Service uses committed call volumes with a 1 million call yearly minimum. Pricing is set per call for that commitment. For how volumes above your committed amount are handled, contact the vendor, since the marketplace listing does not state overage behaviour.
How do the setup, support, and professional services charges combine with the per-call service?
The per-call Protect Service is the recurring cost driver, scaling with committed volume. Setup is a one-time implementation charge. Analytics Support bills annually for support-team access. Professional Services Days bill per day for bespoke work. Each component bills independently, so you pay only for the ones you select.
