Cosine is your AI-powered software engineer, designed to assist you in tackling your development tasks. Think of it as a reliable teammate that can handle tickets, suggest code changes, and integrate seamlessly with your existing workflow. Cosine can be deployed on cloud, on prem, either in a VPC or fully air-gapped, keeping your data, usage and outputs fully private, compliant and safe adhering to all company policies.
What is Cosine?
Cosine is an AI-powered software engineering model capable of:
Solving bugs.
Building features.
Refactoring code.
Handling tasks autonomously or collaboratively.
Cosine connects natively with your codebase, no matter the language or complexity, and ticketing systems like GitHub, Jira, or Linear. You can prompt it or provide it with a task or ticket, and Cosine works in the background to propose code changes that has been tested and verified, opening pull requests for your review. It's like having an extra pair of hands to help you manage your backlog. Every line of code, every output, every decision is handled with the highest standards of security and compliance - far beyond what other AI tools can offer. Our offering helps enterprises in regulated sectors deploy high-quality coding agents with no risk of data egress.
Key Features
Autonomous Operation: Assign tasks to Cosine, and it will work independently to generate solutions.
Seamless Integration: Connects with your existing tools and workflows without requiring significant changes.
Human-Like Reasoning: Designed to understand and navigate complex codebases, mimicking the thought process of a human engineer.
High Performance: Achieved a leading score on the SWE-Lancer benchmark outperforming OpenAI and Anthropic, demonstrating its effectiveness in software engineering tasks.
How Cosine Works
Task Assignment: Provide Cosine with a task or ticket through your preferred platform or directly via its interface.
Codebase Analysis: Cosine clones your repository and analyzes the code to understand the context.
Solution Development: It develops a solution, whether it's fixing a bug, adding a feature, or refactoring code.
Pull Request Creation: Cosine submits a pull request for your review.
Iteration: Based on CI/CD feedback or your input, Cosine can iterate on the solution until it meets the desired standards.
Why Cosine
Traditional development tools often require constant human oversight and interaction. Cosine changes this by operating asynchronously, allowing you to:
Reduce time spent on routine tasks.
Maintain focus on complex problem-solving.
Accelerate development cycles.
Benefits of using Cosine
Rapidly scale team output - Allow your team to tackle more concurrent tasks without the need to increase supervisor headcount. Increase throughput and output
Remove cold starts - Developers never start from a blank slate. Every codebase becomes a familiar codebase and time to start reduced
Exponential A/B testing - Instead of trialling only 1 or 2 variants, the same level of resource can build 10, 20, 30+ different ideas at once
Eliminate Backlogs - Backlog tasks, bugs and ideas no longer forgotten about, and assign the entire backlog directly from Jira, Linear or Github
By leveraging Cosine's capabilities, you can enhance productivity and streamline your development process.
Highlights
Optimized for on-premise: We post-train any open-source model of your choice, optimising it specifically for coding. The result is maximum accuracy per GPU and full control over your infrastructure.
Best-in-class accuracy in the cloud: Our default model - post-trained on GPT-5 - already outperforms OpenAI and Anthropic in coding accuracy and reliability.
Custom post-training for your context: We can train a model on your own repos, frameworks, or specific languages (like COBOL or Fortran), creating an agent with a deep understanding of your internal systems and legacy code.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.

Power Plan
SOTA coding model served via the Cosine Cloud platform. Best for heavy AI workflows. Cloud agents. Secure hypervisor level isolation. Enterprise-grade security. Integrations with your existing tools. Predictable token-based compute pricing. Support for autonomous coding agents. 60M tokens / month +5M bonus in first month
You choose between two contract plans billed on token-based compute usage. The Professional Plan includes 5 million tokens per month, while the Power Plan includes 60 million tokens per month for heavier workflows. Both plans add a 5 million token bonus in your first month. The plans differ mainly by the monthly token allowance, so you pick based on expected usage volume. Both run the coding model on the Cosine Cloud platform with hypervisor-level isolation, security controls, tool integrations, and support for autonomous coding agents.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one token of compute usage represent when the agent runs?
Tokens track usage across agent work, model calls, and cloud execution. Actual consumption depends on task size, the model you pick, and runtime. A larger refactor across many files draws more tokens than a small targeted fix. Different models draw tokens at different rates.
What happens if I use up my monthly token allowance before the month ends?
You can purchase add-on tokens at any time when your monthly allowance runs out. This top-up option applies to both the Professional Plan and the Power Plan. Your first month also includes a 5 million token bonus on top of the standard allowance.
How does the token allowance relate to the model I choose to run?
Both plans stay model-agnostic, so you can run different coding models on the platform. Each model draws tokens at its own rate, meaning your monthly allowance stretches further with lighter models and depletes faster with heavier ones. Task size and runtime also affect how quickly you use tokens.
