Visualize your project status in real time via our cloud services platform, Mission Control, and use its observability and reporting tools to generate and prioritize a backlog of work while understanding its impact on your alignment to best practices.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
This DevOps engagement uses a contract structure with two pricing dimensions. You pay a base DevOps Platform Fee that covers the core engagement for up to 100 users. If your team exceeds 100 users, you add the Additional Users Fee, charged per user per year. That per-user add-on scales your cost as your user count grows beyond the included base. The two dimensions work together: the platform fee is the fixed entry cost, and the per-user fee is a variable charge that applies only above the 100-user threshold.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
The base DevOps Platform Fee covers up to 100 users. The Additional Users Fee applies only to users above that 100-user threshold, charged per user per year. Users within the first 100 stay covered by the platform fee and do not trigger the extra charge.
The platform fee covers the DevOps consulting engagement. Mission's engineers set up CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, disaster recovery planning, and observability on your AWS environment. The team designs automated, secure deployments and documents what they build so your staff can operate it.
The DevOps Platform Fee is the fixed base cost for teams up to 100 users. The Additional Users Fee is a variable per-user, per-year charge that only starts above 100 users. Both appear on the same invoice. The per-user charge grows your total as your user count rises beyond the base.
