Mission Cloud Engagements is our software for managing your DevOps projects. Visualize your project status in real time via our cloud services platform, Mission Control, and use its observability and reporting tools to generate and prioritize a backlog of work while understanding its impact on your alignment to best practices.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
This DevOps engagement uses two pricing parts. You pay a platform fee that covers the core DevOps consulting engagement, including automation, CI/CD setup, infrastructure as code, and disaster recovery support on AWS. That fee includes coverage for up to 100 users. If your engagement needs more than 100 users, you add a per-user fee charged yearly for each user above that count. The two dimensions work together: the platform fee is the base, and the additional users fee scales the cost as your user count grows past the included threshold.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each person included in the DevOps engagement counts as one user. The platform fee covers up to 100 users. Once your engagement needs more than 100, each person beyond that count adds one yearly per-user charge. The fee applies only to those extra users, not the full group.
Both charges appear together. The platform fee is a fixed base that covers the consulting engagement for up to 100 users. The additional users fee adds a separate yearly amount for each user past 100. For engagements at or below 100 users, only the platform fee applies.
The platform fee covers the consulting engagement on AWS. This includes continuous integration and delivery pipeline setup, infrastructure as code, disaster recovery planning aligned to recovery time and recovery point objectives, and observability through metrics and log monitoring. The engagement uses an agile delivery framework with shared developer and operations workflows.
