Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the US Equities Trade Only dataset actually contain?
It provides tick-level trade data drawn from the SIP Last Sale feed. This covers on-exchange and off-exchange trades across the full session, from pre-market to after-hours, for every listed US equity since 2007. It includes delisted securities, so your history has no survivorship gaps.
How does my cost change if I add a real-time streaming feed for this same data later?
Historical data and streaming are licensed separately. Historical carries no exchange fees. If you hold a research package for this asset class, you add streaming at 50% of the standard streaming rate. Real-time streaming also adds exchange fees set by the exchanges, on top of the data license.
What defines the team size covered by this license, and can it grow?
The lease covers a team of up to 10 hands-on users on any computers you manage, with no per-seat metering. If your team exceeds 10 users, you add user blocks in increments of 5 or 10, or discuss an enterprise-wide license with the vendor.
