    Digico Solutions Insight is a fully managed data platform and AI intelligence layer that centralises operational data from all on-premises and cloud systems into a single AWS-native warehouse. Built and delivered by Digico Solutions, an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, Digico Solutions Insight connects to SQL-based databases, ERP platforms, HR software, third-party APIs, and legacy on-premises systems, extracting and transforming data into consistent, validated business metrics accessible across every site and business unit. The platform runs entirely on the client's own AWS account using Amazon S3 for data lake storage, Amazon Redshift Serverless for analytical querying, AWS Step Functions for orchestration, and Amazon CloudWatch for full pipeline observability.

    On top of the warehouse, Digico Solutions Insight deploys a conversational AI interface powered by Amazon Bedrock (Claude) that allows management to query live operational data in plain language without touching a dashboard. Every answer is grounded in a dbt Semantic Layer that enforces consistent metric definitions and prevents hallucination by ensuring all responses are generated from pre-validated business logic rather than raw SQL. Key capabilities include cross-site performance tracking, anomaly detection with proactive push alerts, KPI monitoring, staff and attendance reporting, inventory visibility, and automated operational exception notifications.

    Digico Solutions Insight is delivered as a structured professional services engagement across six phases: connectivity and discovery, infrastructure and ingestion pipeline build, data transformation and go-live, semantic layer implementation, AI conversational layer deployment, and full handover with documentation and knowledge transfer. The entire solution is provisioned as infrastructure as code using Terraform, ensuring repeatability, auditability, and client ownership from day one.
