Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
If you are an AWS Free Tier customer with a free plan, you are eligible to subscribe to this offer. You can use free credits to cover the cost of eligible AWS infrastructure. See AWS Free Tier for more details. If you created an AWS account before July 15th, 2025, and qualify for the Legacy AWS Free Tier, Amazon EC2 charges for Micro instances are free for up to 750 hours per month. See Legacy AWS Free Tier for more details.
You pay by the hour based on the EC2 instance size you choose to run this software. The 21 options are not feature tiers. They are different compute sizes, so pricing scales with the hardware you select. Smaller instances like t3.nano and t2.micro carry lower hourly rates. Larger instances like t2.2xlarge, r5.large, and m5.large cost more per hour. The software fee is added to standard AWS infrastructure charges. You can pick the instance family (t2, t3, c3, c4, c5, m3, m4, m5, r3, r4, r5) that fits your workload.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one hour of billing cover for a chosen instance like t3.medium or m5.large?
One hour equals one running instance-hour of the EC2 size you launch. The software fee meters wall-clock time the instance runs, not per user or per request. Each active instance accrues its own hourly software charge. Larger sizes carry different hourly rates than smaller ones.
Am I charged the software fee while an instance is stopped?
The software fee meters running time only. A fully stopped instance does not accrue software charges. When you start it again, hourly metering resumes. Note that stopped instances may still incur standard AWS storage fees, which are separate from this software charge.
What is included with the software fee beyond the compute charge?
The hourly software fee sits on top of standard AWS infrastructure charges for the instance. It includes maintenance support from ATH Infosystems, covering version upgrades, security upgrades, and vulnerability handling. Support engineers are available around the clock for day-to-day questions about running the software.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance.
