SaaS delivers cloud-based software applications directly to customers over the internet. You can access these applications through a subscription model. You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Each customer is assigned a Customer Success Manager for onboarding guidance and ongoing advisory. Technical engineers are available for escalations. Ad-hoc professional services (integrations, development) can be requested on demand.
Deployment Model Note: Zylon runs entirely within your infrastructure. Our team never accesses your environment or data without explicit written authorization. Remote access, when required, is performed via VPN or SSH with a temporary client-issued account.
