Tassyl is the effective way to manage scholarships and awards. A complete Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution power by AWS for hosting, managing, and judging your scholarships and awards.
Tassyl is a Software-as-a-Service offering tailored to providing organizations with scholarship offerings with an online presence to make their scholarships more accessible to student, easier to manage, and more collaborative for reviewing submissions.
Organizations that use the Tassyl platform to host their scholarship have control over how their online application is branded, how the questionnaire is organized, and how the submission is scored and reviewed. Scholarship questions can be weighted to enforce a scoring rubric that emphasizes the importance of specific responses. Dashboards make it easy to see the progress status of submissions and to notify applicants of upcoming deadlines to help ensure every submission is completed on time.
Tassyl makes it easier for student applicants to apply for your organization's scholarships by offering an online, intuitive and secure step-by-step digital form. Applicants are able to save and edit their responses throughout the open scholarship period which gives them the flexibility to draft and finalize their submissions over time. When students create an Applicant Profile they are able to save answers to common questions that can be automatically re-used across multiple scholarships, making it easier for students to apply for awards.
Tassyl is a collaboration tool for Judges to review applicant submission which saves time and reduces paperwork. Using a digital platform to review submissions supports the participation of remote Judges or larger review teams which can help expedite the review process.
Work with our dedicated technical support team to tailor your scholarship and be up and running in one week or less. The Tassyl team will work with you to make sure your online application captures everything your organization and review team needs to collect, ensure the pages are properly branded, and provide ongoing support to you, your Judge team, and any applicants throughout your open scholarship enrollment period.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Tassyl uses a single contract dimension. You buy a 12-month term to host one scholarship or award on the platform. Pricing is per scholarship, so each additional scholarship you want to host requires its own 12-month contract. The unit is the scholarship itself, not the number of applicants or judges. This gives you a fixed annual cost for each scholarship you run, billed as an upfront contract commitment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one scholarship for billing under the 12-month contract?
One scholarship or award you host on the platform counts as one unit. The contract covers hosting, managing, judging, and presenting that single scholarship for 12 months. Applicants and judges you invite do not each add to the count. You pay per scholarship, not per person.
Does my cost change if more applicants or judges join a scholarship?
No. The contract price is fixed for one scholarship over 12 months. You can invite and manage judges, track applicant progress, and add users without changing the price. The unit is the scholarship itself, so applicant or judge volume does not affect your bill.
How do I host more than one scholarship at the same time?
Each scholarship needs its own 12-month contract, since pricing is per scholarship. You can manage multiple scholarships or awards on one dashboard. Each hosted scholarship carries its own fixed annual cost, so hosting several means several contracts running together.
