    Okera complete and concise review

What do you like best about the product?
Okera is an excellent tool for securing and protecting any company data. Therefore, Okera provides access control to the different roles in the team, so that it allows admins to control who has what type of access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okera is not suitable for every company. It has many issues that people face. In some cases, it is very complex to use it. If you're integrating Okera with another data software platform, then it needs more manual steps than automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generally, we are using Okera to manage big data to organise and store it efficiently for all company users. Therefore, it allows us to keep and secure all data from cyber insecurity.

    I've lost faith in Okera.

What do you like best about the product?
Okera is mostly recognized as a data protection tool, but they are not very good at it. Because of their negligence, I don't like Okera at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
At Okera, there are countless reasons to despise them. The security system for Okera is really weak, and I believe their security tools are very ineffective. As far as I can see, their primary responsibility is data protection, and I connected with them to protect my web data, but they let me down in this regard. Consequently, I detest them for this reason alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How can I gain from them if they can't protect my data? I utilized Okera to shield my website's data from virus-related crashes, but as a result of their error, I witnessed some crucial information from my company's website being virus-infected. I have lost my data because of their inadequate security measures. And I feel terrible for them.

Globally standardized marketing metadata was impossible until Okera.

    Reviewed on Mar 01, 2023
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to discover what you're searching for in prior shipments, and several phases of the process assist the user in determining what information is required in their package. The program is easy to use and very adaptable. I can create inside the platform, data flows well, and the crew is responsive when there are issues. Okera enables us to establish global standards and governance over metadata gathering and tracking linkages for the first time. Okera integrates easily with Adobe Analytics, and we were able to configure a bespoke integration with our internal database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okera is notoriously sluggish to load and prone to mistakes. One of the primary reasons a customer hired Okera was to ensure that randomly generated codes were unique; unfortunately, a defect resulted in duplicate codes being created. As a result, we require quality control on all Okera shipments, and it appears that we cannot always rely on the outcome. It's difficult to make changes to the dozens of templates I handle from an admin/maintenance viewpoint. Integrations with ad systems like Google Campaign Manager (DCM) are still very manual. The bulk upload functionality is also still in the works from the user's standpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no visibility or capacity to standardize marketing links prior to Okera. CP codes were controlled by numerous teams, with varying acronyms, commands, and parameters, and were stored in Excel and/or email, where there is a high risk of mistake. We've also expanded the amount of metadata fields that can now be parsed from around five to fifty. With Okera, users on several computers may complete consistent shipments with the proper data. This helps us maintain a uniform naming standard while maintaining excellent data quality for the customer. Our data center now receives data from Okera at the time it is transmitted.
