    Target Insight Function on AWS

     Info
Target Insight Function is an AWS consulting engagement that focuses on one or two concrete systems built around AWS Lambda and Amazon Bedrock. Together with your engineers, we simplify the flows, remove fragile links between components, and leave you with code and infrastructure that the team is no longer afraid to change and deploy.

    Overview

Target Insight Function consulting engagement is designed for teams that already rely on AWS and have real users, deadlines, and systems that have grown more complicated than anyone intended. Somewhere in that landscape there are usually one or two problem areas: a Lambda-based backend that accumulates special cases, an internal workflow that nobody wants to touch before a release, or an AI-powered feature wired into Amazon Bedrock that is difficult to reason about when something goes wrong. This engagement is about selecting those systems and bringing them back into a state where they are understandable and safe to evolve.

The work is done together with your engineers, using your existing repositories and tools. We walk through how the chosen systems behave today: which components they call, what background work they trigger, how data moves through them, and where AI calls are made. From there we propose a minimal, realistic set of changes: simplifying hot paths, splitting oversized chains into clearer stages, removing hidden cross-dependencies, and tightening how errors are handled and exposed. The result is delivered as code changes, infrastructure updates, and short technical notes that explain what changed and how to operate the new shape of the system.

This professional services offering relates to AWS services commonly used in such systems, in particular AWS Lambda and Amazon Bedrock, and supporting services such as managed databases (for example Amazon RDS/Aurora) and streaming or queueing services (for example Amazon Kinesis and Amazon SQS). Any AWS resources created or modified in your account during the engagement are billed directly to you by AWS at standard service rates, separate from the professional services fee paid through AWS Marketplace.

    Highlights

    • A tightly scoped AWS consulting engagement that takes one or two specific Lambda- and Bedrock-based systems and turns them from "do not touch" areas into straightforward, maintainable parts of your platform.
    • Concrete output instead of abstract advice: pull requests, infrastructure updates, and short technical notes that explain what changed and how to work with it, so your team can keep moving without needing us on every decision.
    • Best suited for environments where serverless components, background processing, data stores, and AI calls have grown together over time and now create hidden dependencies, deployment friction, and recurring issues.
