DataPulse: Zoom | Product Overview

DataPulse - through its unique Internet infrastructure knowledge and associated technology applications - provides accurate visibility into Zoom’s Business and Enterprise level customers – its largest revenue generators. Data feeds (monthly moving to biweekly) detail Business and Enterprise client names and totals along with wins and losses since the previous reporting period.

Zoom output is just one example of DataPulse’s overall customer intelligence expertise. The company excels at providing the primary revenue indicator for selected cloud-based offerings - enterprise user information. Census level datasets are global in scope and answer the following types of questions for targeted entities:

• Who are its customers; what are their levels of revenue contribution; and what are the indicators of enterprise wide adoption/usage?
• How many paying customers does it have; how are they distributed – big/little/small?
• How is the customer set changing over time – adds/churn/migrations?
• What are the potential revenue impacts?
• What do trends say about the business’s health?

Pricing Information

All datasets are sold as annual subscriptions. 12 monthly deliveries for $20,000. Shorter terms are individually negotiated as are any more frequent deliveries.
