Mobile Coverage Service by InfiniG (the “Service”) is an annual subscription consisting of (a) Secure connections to one or more participating Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) over an in-building cellular radio network, thus enabling subscribers of those MNOs to receive mobile service within the coverage area of such network; and (b) On-going operation, monitoring and management of such secure connections during a paid and active subscription term. On-Boarding is a one-time fee consisting of validation of radio coverage, testing and certification of 911 and RF safety regulations, and activation for all participating MNOs available at the time of testing.
