Our OLA is structured in four stages, with clear deliverables at each stage:

• Strategic Consultation: Our experts collaborate with your team to understand your business objectives and identify the scope of your migration.
• Discovery: We gather detailed information on your current infrastructure, software licenses, and workloads to establish a comprehensive understanding of your environment.
• Analysis: Our team analyzes the collected data, comparing the costs and infrastructure requirements for perpetuating licenses or renewing them through AWS. This includes evaluating the advantages and tradeoffs of dedicated vs. multi-tenant hosting.
• OLA Report: We provide a final report with tailored recommendations for AWS services, cost optimization strategies, and a model for the total cost of ownership when fully migrated to AWS.
