Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each Unit maps to a metered amount of the named resource consumed by a user. CPU Units track processor use, Disk Units track storage, Memory Units track RAM, Network Units track data transfer, and Extra Units cover other billed consumption. The agent connects to your cloud accounts read-only and measures actual resource use.
Your chosen plan sets a baseline. On top of that, the five usage dimensions bill independently by consumption. CPU, Disk, Memory, Network, and Extra usage each accrue separately based on what users consume. All charges add together on the same invoice. Higher resource activity raises the usage portion regardless of plan.
The usage dimensions meter actual consumption by users. When CPU, Disk, Memory, Network, or Extra usage drops, the metered Units for those dimensions fall accordingly. Idle or reduced activity lowers the usage portion of your bill. The plan baseline you selected stays fixed regardless of usage swings.
