CyberArk Privilege Cloud (MVP) implementation

Implementing PAM is crucial for organizations to mitigate security risks associated with privileged accounts. Our MVP service is designed to implement CyberArk Privilege Cloud quickly and efficiently, addressing the most urgent requirements in the shortest possible time. It is a quick and efficient way to create a verifiable and future-proof platform, mitigating the greatest risks by quickly onboarding high-risk accounts that are not used for daily operations.

How?

We have divided the implementation of the MVP in two stages:

Analysis stage:

We detail the implementation plan and designs by clarifying and validating the requirements of your organization regarding the implementation of CyberArk Privilege Cloud. We organize a set of validation sessions to explain the pre-implementation checklist, standard processes, and the functional and technical implementation design. We will also start with the onboarding strategy to prepare your organization in the best possible way for the technical implementation of CyberArk and the onboarding of privileged accounts.

Configuration and Implementation stage:

We set up the technical environments and implement the processes in the CyberArk.Privilege Cloud solution. The activities are divided in 5 steps:

STEP 1: Advice, design and implement PAM processes. STEP 2: Technical implementation of the solution (Jumpstart). STEP 3: Integration with key applications: Active Directory, Microsoft MFA and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) (if applicable). STEP 4: Onboarding high privileged accounts, including: Password rotation, Session recording, Password injection, and cleaning up excessive PAM accounts prior to onboarding. STEP 5: Testing & Go-live.

OPTIONAL: Communication package

The implementation and use of PAM requires a change in the organization, especially for the teams that will be working with it. To ensure smooth adoption, we offer an optional Communication Package. This includes a stakeholder analysis, a global communication plan, general announcements, instruction videos on using CyberArk PrivCloud (focused on end users), and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
