Dimensions summary
You buy this listing under a Bring Your Own License (BYOL) model, so the software carries no license charge here. You pay by the hour for the EC2 instance type you run. Each dimension maps to one EC2 instance type, and pricing scales with the size and family of that instance. Smaller shared-core types like t3.nano cost less per hour, while large memory, compute, GPU, and bare-metal types cost more. Your total depends on which instance you pick and how many hours you run it. You supply your own Oracle Database license separately.

Each hourly unit is one running EC2 instance of the type you pick. It covers the pre-built image with Oracle Database 19c Enterprise on Oracle Enterprise Linux 7, helper scripts, monitoring agents, and 24/7 vendor support. It does not include the Oracle Database license. Under BYOL, you supply that license separately.
The hourly software charge meters running time. A fully stopped instance stops accruing that hourly charge. You may still pay underlying AWS storage fees for the root volume and the dedicated /u01 Oracle volume while the instance is stopped. Charges resume once you start the instance again.
You choose your instance type at launch and can switch to another type later. Each type is a separate hourly dimension, so your rate changes when you move. The vendor recommends m5.large or larger; minimums are 1 vCPU, 1 GB RAM, and 20 GB disk. Larger memory helps production workloads.
