Usage instructions
Start with "Continue to Subscribe" then go to the "Manual Launch" tab. Select one of the "Management Console..." deployment options. Complete the CloudFormation template then find your new stack in the CloudFormation dashboard. Monitor progress in the Events tab. Look for access information and links in the Outputs tab.
