ZEDOC's Digital Care Pathway for Localised Prostate Cancer is a solution that eliminates the burden of capturing and analysing the outcomes that matter most to patients.

With ZEDOC, PROMs data is captured automatically from patients in the home, helping you to monitor and manage patients from admission to remission.

Following a validated collection schedule set out by the International Consortium of Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM), ZEDOC communicates with patients via email and SMS messages that contain secure links to their health assessments.

All communication is completely customisable by you and the PROMs data captured is transformed into actionable insights that will help you measure, analyse, and improve care for your patients. EPIC-26 is the PROM used in this care pathway.

Pricing is based on contract duration. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for any usage exceeds the entitle amount or not covered in the contract. These charges will be applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to your entitlements will expire.
