    1. Tax Services - Manages core employer business processes associated with the revenue functions of Unemployment Insurance (UI) and Paid Family Medical Leave (PFML) programs.
    2. Benefits Services - Addresses the primary processes involved in the claims side of your business.
    3. Adjudication and Appeals Services - Facilitates the collection, scheduling, and determination of unemployment insurance appeals.
