Vendor refund policy
Fees are non-refundable except as provided in the customer agreement. Prepaid fees for the remainder of the current term may be refunded if: the customer terminates for HeyGen's uncured material breach; the Services fail to conform to their documentation and the issue cannot be resolved within 30 days of notice (excluding implementation and one-time fees); or an unresolved intellectual property claim leads HeyGen to terminate. The CSM guides onboarding, maps the platform to your goals, and supports ongoing success through a success roadmap and regular business reviews.
Technical Support Technical support is available 24/7/365. Enterprise customers are routed to a senior support queue trained on enterprise needs such as authentication, workspace management, and administrative controls, with priority response times. The platform maintains a 99.5% uptime SLA.
