What do you like best about the product?
One of the advantages of Plesk is its ease of use and rich user interface, making it easy to manage multiple websites. Plesk supports Nginx, regular backups, and migration from popular web hosting management systems. Furthermore, Plesk's pricing for VPS with 10 domains starts at $11 per month, an unbeatable price in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is easy to set up, some users may find it less flexible than other web hosting control panels. Additionally, some users may experience compatibility issues with certain software or platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compatibility with WordPress toolkit has benefitted the company in extending the use of Plesk in different Fields.

Very intuitive with a few tweaks.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface. Very well organized and easy to use and full of useful tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some user permissions and ownership values can be difficult ro properly setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proper utilization of accounts is solved by using plesk. I’ve realized it’s a cost effective way to manage customers accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best used for mid level hosting or for resellers. I would recommend for those purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
UI is very simple and interactive. Impersonation to Customer/Reseller is best feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not support split environment where DNS, Database and web Server are deployed on different machines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simply the working Hosters and Quickly deploy any kind Website in minutes.
Good for new deployments, bad for migrations
Plesk looks like a pretty powerful web server admin panel and I'm sure it has lots of fans but if you are looking to migrate existing WordPress servers, you may want to look elsewhere. I spent a week trying to get its Site Import tool to work, eventually giving up.
The GUI makes it look like things are easy and clean but if you try some trivial task like creating an FTP user, you still have to go under the hood and mess with Linux config files to make things work.
I don't see the point of paying for a GUI tool if I still have to do things manually anyway.
I'm removing my subscription and trying open source web panels.

I got my site hosted on their platform and they have till date provided a good quality service

they could further improve presentation of their dashboard features.

What do you like best about the product?
Plesk can run on both linux and windows operating systems and have greater control at the OS level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like cpanel plesk does not have the ability to interact with third party software and usually has a slower loading speed with linux servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple hosting for my clients website has become relatively easy because of its server to site features, has allowed for a better secured shared hosting of the websites.

Both cPanel and Plesk have their pros and cons so it is better to evaluate what your requirements are before jumping into conclusions
Plesk is one of the oldest Hosting control panel that provide you anything in hosting
What do you like best about the product?
Control Panel's new theme is I liked more and also software categorize folders. Other hosting control panels are great, but they only work on Linux servers. Plesk has no such restrictions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Different view and not user friendly like other hosting control panel

I used it for a dot net website control panel and it more better than other hosting control panel that support dot net hosting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have multiple servers, you can control all of them from a single control panel. Plesk is more secure than other hosting control panel and its not only for linux user. It’s a robust cross-platform alternative to cPanel that has many features that cPanel could only dream of.
