What do you like best about the product?
i like best about checkpoint cloud gaurd network security is its strong cloud native security with centeralized management. it has a firewall that makes easy to maintain security of our environment

It is very difficult to setup and learning is also quite difficult and license is also expensive, we also facing problem while troubleshooting and also difficult for new users to adapt.

Check point cloud guard network security helps our company by addresssing challenges to securing the cloud environments. our infrasturcture is accross cloud platform and on premises system.

I like the threat prevention techniques, especially the IPS and advanced malware protection. The centralized management console makes it easy to apply security across multiple clouds like GCP, Azure, and Adobe, which really stands out to me.

The initial deployment complexity, especially for teams new to Check Point, can be challenging. Sometimes, the interface feels overwhelming due to the number of advanced features, and troubleshooting issues require deep product knowledge.

I use Check Point CloudGuard Network Security for perimeter security, deep traffic inspection, and automated policy management across clouds. It maintains consistent security in multi-cloud environments and prevents threats that native firewalls miss.

Cloud guard helps me clearly see and control cloud network traffic from one place, which makes managing security much easy and simpler this is the best thing about cloud guard

I really like how it does not need much set up. It is great for security and provides simple solutions to a complex problem. It has been a great addition.

I have not experienced any downsides to the product. It has functioned as described and has become part of every day work. When there is an issue, it is quickly corrected.

It is helping staff feel more secure when online. It is also supporting our growth. It has worked to improve efficiency and overall productivity. We do not worry about online security.

it's comes with multiple security technologies that automatically detect and block attacks and detects new attacks through machine learning. Network workloads identity app all secured from a single platform. my organization runs heavy workloads in the cloud guard is a great choice especially because of its advanced threat prevention auto scaling and centralized management.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's not exactly beginner friendly. configuration is much as per the cloud environment. it's very expensive . the device slows down when logging is heavy. support is slow and unresponsive and priority tickets are also closed late.

prevents any unauthorized user from entering the cloud. cloud guard also catches unknown threats with AI based threat prevention . it's access control keeps data accessible only to authorized user.

What do you like best about the product?
its very accurate and obviously the threat prevention. The IT team can manage cloud and premises protections set up to protect sensitive documents and information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Set up takes ages and as usual with this type of apps, the learning curve is very pronounced. User interface is not my favorite and and although there is guidance documentation, i would wish it were a bit more detailed

It's protecting the sensitive information thats managed from the product developement and manufacturing details to the customer's and supplier sensitive information.

Check Point CloudGuard Network Security has reduced our threat landscape to a great extent and is performing excellently when it comes to finding risks in external email attachments, which is the major benefit for us.
What needs improvement?
There is nothing where I have come to a roadblock where I think that a particular feature is missing. There is no feature that I think is missing.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Integrating Check Point CloudGuard Network Security with a different solution works fine. Scalability is wonderful, and there are no concerns.

How was the initial setup?
The setup was straightforward. The documentation was pretty clear, and as I followed it, the process was simple.
Implementation of Check Point CloudGuard Network Security did not take much time. Implementation was planned for several weeks, but the planning took a bit of time. The actual technical work did not take much time.

I implemented Check Point CloudGuard Network Security myself.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Pricing does not fall under my responsibilities as I am a technical person and do not focus on pricing.

What other advice do I have?
Check Point, being the global leader in providing network security, also provides Check Point appliances. The operating system itself is time-tested, and this time-tested software platform gives us confidence. The firmware, Gaia OS, has given us the confidence to go with Check Point.
We are four people using the product in our organization at the moment.
The product is quite quick, but when it comes to communication, there is some lack of communication regarding escalation and related matters.

This product provides a reliable and secure network for your businesses. It gives a massive amount of upside features for a cloud-based environment such as data loss prevention, IPS, application control, IPSec VPN, URL filtering, antivirus, threat emulation and threat extraction. Customer support provided by Check Point vendor is one of the best options to choose this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
First time implementation for an unexperienced engineer with this product is not good easy. Learning resources are not easy to understand for a junior. Its cost is a drawback feature for a developing country although its product's capabilities is absolutely good.
