What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate Domo for its simplicity, from connecting data to ETL transformations and offering diverse visuals for insights. The tool supports field operations and helps departments access the information they need efficiently. I enjoy how Domo allows us to connect multiple datasets into one larger set, keeping everything in one place. The variety of visuals to display information and the customizations available through apps that exceed the standard dashboards and cards really stand out.

I use Domo to support operations efficiently. It simplifies finding answers without scrolling through data. I like its ease in connecting data, ETL for merging datasets, and customizable visuals for insights.

What do you like best about the product?

Very easy use UI for leaders to understand quickly.
Numerous ways to import data from different data sources.
Real time dashboards on different device and platforms, we also embed on web pages.

What do you dislike about the product?

We’ve moved from the traditional all-in-one pricing model to the new credit-based model, and it’s still difficult for us to manage.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

DOMO supports all the reporting needs our department has. Many people say the first thing they do in the morning is open DOMO to check the latest reports and see what’s current.

What do you like best about the product?

In the past 2 years now using DOMO as a Design Specialist I would say I appreciate the tasks solving features that makes creating clear, visually compelling data experiences for client presentations, DOMO dashboard arrangement is one of the dashboards that gives clear settings and arrangement of the features I needed even though if you are new to DOMO it doesn't matter because its dashboard keeps everything simple.

What do you dislike about the product?

Even though the dashboard is easy to navigate thanks to its near-perfect layout, I still feel somewhat restricted when it comes to customizing the design to match how I want it to be.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Primarily, I use DOMO to build operational dashboards for marketing, sales, and leadership that look professional and stay up to date.

What do you like best about the product?

I love how Domo can easily pull data from all my different tools and turn it into clean, live dashboards—no tech genius required. The data cleanup tool (Magic ETL) is really straightforward to use; you can drag and drop to blend your data together without a hassle. On top of that, being able to check accurate, real-time stats on my phone while I’m out and about is incredibly convenient.

What do you dislike about the product?

The pricing can feel pretty steep and a bit non-transparent, which makes it hard for smaller teams to justify. And while it’s strong for high-level dashboards, doing deeper, more granular data exploration can be surprisingly clunky at times. There’s also a definite learning curve once you try to move beyond the basics and start customizing things.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Domo, our data was trapped in isolated spreadsheets and different software, meaning we wasted hours manually building reports that were already outdated by the time they were finished. Domo connects everything into one central hub automatically.

The biggest benefit for us is having a single, reliable source of truth. We can immediately see what’s working and what isn’t in real time, which saves a huge amount of time and helps us make faster decisions based on actual facts instead of gut feelings.

It's integration with most of the apps like spreadsheets excel can be used to automate daily repetitive works

What do you dislike about the product?

Dono can be more ai trained as the chatbox sometime takes time to understand our need but with time it will improve

We can simply update our inventory our warehouse capacity that turnover ratio which help us to know the moq for our products

The simplicity in the dashboards. Very easy to determine actions from insights

It's giving me clear sight to important business data that helps me understand where to focus my efforts

What do you like best about the product?

I find the graphics and the graphs that can be generated from the analytics information in Domo quite useful for giving a broad picture. It's particularly interesting to see how usage has increased or decreased over time, like for example, over one month or three months. Also, the color configuration of the graphics provides an easy way to understand the data.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it looks a bit more clunky or maybe having a lot of information. And there is one specific issue: if I want to add, filtering for quite a lot of accounts, I cannot do it. I have to search and then select accounts one by one, which is time-consuming for me. User interface can be better.

I use Domo to get insights into customer usage and application types. The graph features help visualize data trends, making it easy to understand changes over time.

The integration options must be more and data visualization could be better

Thi biggest problem of integrating tools so that I don't have to really jump from one tool to another

What do you like best about the product?

UI is great, ability to connect with different platforms, integrations, etc. is very helpful. Data transformation capabilities are very strong and dashboard visualizations / customizability is probably my favorite out of all BI tools I have used. AI capabilities are improving and Customer Support is generally pretty helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?

Pricing does not align well with SMB and have had issues with error handling with various datasets and connections.
