I've been experimenting with this API for years now. It works flawlessly; very reliable. Perfect uptime. Really amazing to have access to verifiably non-deterministic numbers.

Unable to get the paid subscription to work

I am, presumably like the other reviewer, also unable to get this product to work. The free limited version works without issue but the paid subscription key just says INACTIVE and refuses to respond.
It may be a parameter failure as I note they give a Customer ID which is not on the free version but the documentation does not describe how to use it.
I have been unable to get a response from the vendor via email and phone (it is a University and Christmas)
